Understand your baby's language
Full Baby Dunstan method
Tummy time
Priscilla Dunstan discovered The Dunstan Baby Language: babies make five distinct sounds during the crucial newborn phase.
The sound  "Eh"  means "I have gas" (the "Eairh" sound means lower gas).
The sound "Owh" means "I'm sleepy".
The sound "Neh" means "I'm hungry".
The sound "Heh" means "I'm uncomfortable".
