Young families, pregnant women and couples are invited to participate in a series of free workshops on pregnancy, preparation for birth and child rearing. Our program offers participants the opportunity to explore and learn about simple ways to relax, to improve pregnancy and to prepare for birth and parenting. In 2019, workshops take place on Feb. 9, Apr. 6, June1, Aug. 3, Oct. 19, Dec. 7 Parenting workshops are by donation and take place every 2 months in Jaffray, BC, from1:30 to 4 pm at the yurt, 7770 Baynes Lake Rd.
